So I actually did an order the day before you commented and luckily for me a lot of your suggestions are in my order.

To help with draw I’ve added Gravestorm Rhystic Study Verity Circle Waste Not

To help with lands I’ve added Choked Estuary Creeping Tar Pit Jwar Isle Refuge Mistvault Bridge Salt Marsh Submerged Boneyard Sunken Hollow Swiftwater Cliffs Tainted Isle Temple of Epiphany

To help with mana rocks I’ve added Arcane Signet Corrupted Grafstone Dimir Signet Fellwar Stone Izzet Signet Thought Vessel

I’ve been really contemplating making Mirko Vosk my commander due to the lack of red but I really wanted Xander to work.

Since $500 isn't reasonable for everyone, I thought it may be good to include some substitutions to allow a lower budget. See below for a few changes to consider that will decrease the cost while maintaining the basic strategy the deck. Please note that prices are current and will likely change.

Creatures:

Remove: (~$57.00) Brazen Borrower , Sakashima the Impostor

Substitute: (~$0.34) Universal Automaton , Wingcrafter

Lands:

Remove: (~$110.00) Drowned Catacomb , Morphic Pool , Mutavault , Polluted Delta , Shizo, Death's Storehouse , Watery Grave

Substitute: (~$5.50) Ash Barrens , Dismal Backwater , Exotic Orchard , Fetid Pools , Mystic Sanctuary , Rogue's Passage , Salt Marsh

Enchantments:

Remove: (~$38.25) Bitterblossom

These changes will reduce the cost by $200... for deeper cuts, things to look at would be:

Remove: (~$85.00) Lotus Petal , Mox Amber and Scroll Rack

Substitute: (~$14.00) Arcane Signet , Dimir Signet , Ponder

Cost with all changes: $230

Welcome to building commander! I'd recommend 2-4 more lands for one thing. a personal favorite is Temple of Deceit , strictly better than Salt Marsh . if price isn't too much of an issue, also look at Morphic Pool

To support your zombie theme, some cards I'd look at are Endless Ranks of the Dead and Ghoulcaller Gisa to generate more tokens, Graveborn Muse and Undead Augur for card draw, and Noxious Ghoul as a potential one sided board wipe. You can also go with generic tribal stuff like Kindred Dominance

To get the most out of the activated ability on your commander, maybe look at a mill sub-theme with cards like Undead Alchemist , Lich Lord of Unx , Dread Summons , and Stitcher Geralf . You probably won't kill anyone with mill, but it will load the graves with useful cards.

There are some cards I'd look at cutting from your deck such as Phyrexian Obliterator , Quasiduplicate , Lamplighter of Selhoff , or Zombie Trailblazer .

Well, it's commander, so it's slow and you can use lands that enter tapped and are budget friendly. Dismal Backwater , Dimir Aqueduct , Dimir Guildgate , Submerged Boneyard , Jwar Isle Refuge , Frost Marsh and Salt Marsh are budget. Fetid Pools , Underground River , and Sunken Hollow are also good options. Check out http://managathering.com/duallands/Dimir.html for more options.

As for mana rocks. You'll need them. Commander always needs them. I like Worn Powerstone , Thran Dynamo , Hedron Archive , Everflowing Chalice , and Astral Cornucopia . Dimir Signet is really good.

I gotta say that you need a Rise of the Dark Realms . It's a bomb.

Salt Marsh exists. There's also Salt Flats.

Not to mention how utterly broken the exile effect is.

Hello, like he said you are going to want to keep everything pretty consistent; 3-4 of each card.Secondly you're going to need a relatively low curve so you don't get blown out early in the game. Since your playing two colors your probably going to need some dual lands/fetches, the Salt Marsh is good but there are better options like Drowned Catacomb, Dismal Backwater or Evolving Wilds.

Finally the best advice I could give right now is to find a strategy and stick with it, a good idea would be to go with something fast and fun to play like a tribal deck such as spirits, zombies, or merfolk. Do some more research on resources like mtggoldfish.com.You have some really strong cards in your deck and with some help you can turn it into something great.

Thanks
