Since I pulled Lyra from my pre-release pack, I am obligated to throw a deck together that will do this lady justice. Starting only with cards that I already own.

** Neat Moves **

{W} ** Ramp

Not much in white, Myriad Landscape, Burnished Hart, Tithe and Sword of the Animist are your choices for non-artifact rocks. Dowsing Dagger   will give you an extra excellent land.

{W} ** Draw

Not much in white, Sword of Fire and Ice and Dawn of Hope are your choices, get one early. Vanquisher's Banner and Herald's Horn are tribal conditional draw. Your best choice is Well of Lost Dreams.

{W} ** Tricks

A few neat tricks are from Emeria Shepherd and Sun Titan, being able to recur Burnished Hart or Myriad Landscape, which are very helpful. Once you get enough mana Emeria Shepherd and Burnished Hart will allow you to pull out all your basics in 2 turns. Emeria, the Sky Ruin can also recur Burnished Hart once a turn.

I have had a blowout where Sublime Archangel was on the board, and I cast Springjack Shepherd for 12 goats, then attacked with Lyra, to take out a player due to all the Exalted triggers...

{W} ** Tutoring

Inventors' Fair will get your any artifact, including Burnished Hart.
Enlightened Tutor will get you any artifact or enchantment, what do you need now?
Steelshaper's Gift will get your whatever Sword you need the most (draw, ramp, or damage), or else Dowsing Dagger  .
Idyllic Tutor will likely just get you Dawn of Hope, maybe Land Tax.
