This is my first attempt at a storm deck, and I wanted to use Kess. It's pretty budget as far as storm goes, so it doesn't have the very best includes such as Yawgmoth's Will or Wheel of Fortune, but it still functions well enough below cEDH levels. The wincons in this deck include Thousand-Year Storm with something like Lightning Bolt and Mizzix's Mastery, Bolas's Citadel with Sensei's Divining Top and Aetherflux Reservoir, and Isochron Scepter imprinted with Dramatic Reversal to crank mana rocks and do things such as kill the table with Torment of Hailfire, Guttersnipe, or Aetherflux Reservoir. I stayed away from labman wincons, as I think they would just get too repetitive and competitive for how I like to play.
