Intro

Hack time with Obeka, Brute Chronologist as she takes extra turns as much as possible. Few commanders can play cheap extra turns cards like Alchemist's Gambit, Final Fortune, Last Chance, and Warrior's Oath and simply end the extra turn rather than lose the game.

Deckbuilding Challenge: No infinite combos like Isochron Scepter + Warrior's Oath.

How to Play

1. Play Obeka, Brute Chronologist or Sundial of the Infinite.
2. Play extra turn spells to ramp and draw even with a downside "at the next end step".
3. Allow the unwanted triggers to go on the stack, then {T} Obeka, Brute Chronologist to end the turn avoiding the downsides.
4. Once you have enough mana, play an X damage spell finisher like Torment of Hailfire, Crackle with Power, and Exsanguinate.

How to win

• X damage spells like Torment of Hailfire, Crackle with Power, and Exsanguinate.

Strengths

• A Sundial of the Infinite in the command zone has surprise value and can catch opponents off guard.
• Extra turns and Grixis control staples are impressive disruptors.
• Commander does not die to Lightning Bolt.
• Opponents have to play around control.
• Political value in ending turns for others.

Weaknesses

• Total dependency on commander or Sundial of the Infinite to function.
• Not all playgroups enjoy an opponent pulling off consecutive turns even without infinite combos.
