Horde of Notions is a great card already for Elemental tribal decks so it makes sense to put all of the Multiverse's greatest forces of nature into one deck and to also utilize the Tribal mechanic.

The main functions of this deck include:

Evoke: Seeing as the Commander of this is a great reanimator, Evoke is a mechanic that has little downside to being used to cast a creature for cheap, get its enter/leave the battlefield effect and then sacrifice it. It adds charge counters to Door of Destinies and +1/+1 counters to Animar, Soul of Elements, Forgotten Ancient and Rockslide Elemental. Kulrath Knight + Meadowboon can also make a very interest control combo on their own as you can make creature that nobody wants to get rid off or Evoke it and make everything an opponent controls stronger but unable to enter combat. Very sneaky methods include "helping" an opponent take out the biggest threat on the battlefield and then pacifying all their creatures.

The RTR Charms cycle (minus Orzhov Charm because it doesn't fit well for this deck in my opinion and Selesnya Charm because it was only being using for its exile ability which Crib Swap covers much more effectively and is replayable): These cards mostly for a bunch of good two-drop spells that give little buffs or minor effects such as cycling, protection from Wraths or removing graveyards.

Mana fixing: Fixing comes in two forms in this deck; filtering and dorks. Filters come in the forms of Cultivate, Farseek, Kodama's Reach and Shard Convergence. All are very good at pulling out the colours needed early in the game but also help late game to get rid of the lands no longer needed. Dorks include Smokebraider, Chromatic Lantern, Darksteel Ingot and Prismatic Omen to help get the colours you also need without being limited to your mana pool's constraints. Prismatic Omen in particular is brutal when paired with Last Stand for some insane effects.
