Crawling Barrens
Land
: Add .
: Put two +1/+1 counters on Crawling Barrens. Then you may have it become a 0/0 Elemental creature until end of turn. It's still a land.

Darksteel Citadel seems like a no-brainer here. Demolition Field, Crawling Barrens, Mishra's Foundry, and Blinkmoth Nexus could just as easily find homes here. I think you could easily trim Wastes for all of these and still have enough for virtually every situation. This also powers up Field of the Dead slightly.
Utility lands are where colorless shine, baby. A lot of your power comes from them.

some upgrades you may like for modern
Cabal Coffers more mana than you know what to do with
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth makes up for coffers not producing black, opens up the ability to use other utility lands in the future
Vesuva more coffers!
Dauthi Voidwalker would you like that big creature they just sacrificed?
Liliana of the Veil sacrifice and discard at your discression
Torment of Hailfire remember all that cabal coffers mana?
Crawling Barrens another great place to put all that black mana
Surgical Extraction could be good mainboard, maybe sideboard?
Invoke Despair sacrifice all the things
Go Blank maybe sideboard graveyard removal
Gray Merchant of Asphodel not sure if it makes sense but you do already have one devotion card and gary is great
Feed the Swarm all the sacrifice enchantment things could prob be replaced with this and even this is maybe sideboard material - always do your best not to give the opponent a choice
Liliana's Triumph could replace some of the libation, especially if you end up adding lilly
Castle Locthwain hooray for card draw!
Dark Confidant hooray for card draw!
Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek maybe main, maybe sideboard. what if they have no creatures?

So, right now, Commander included, you've got 126 cards. Seeing as you're only 26 over the cap, this shouldn't be too bad.
You might also want to include more fetch lands, too. Flooded Strand, Fabled Passage, and Flood Plain all come with a pretty high price tag, but they're all good.
On the other side of the coin, Brokers Hideout, Obscura Storefront, Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse, Myriad Landscape, Esper Panorama, and Bant Panorama are all cheaper fetch lands that you could use.
Drawing mana late game can be a dead draw a lot of the time, so being able to remove that excess from your deck can be a really nice tool to have, so you can draw just what you want. Maybe take out cards that are fast, but not necessary such as, Skycloud Expanse, Sea of Clouds, Mishra's Factory, and Crawling Barrens.
Potential Land List Show
Changing it to this (or a list of just 35 mana), should bring us down to 122 cards.
118 left.
For the rest, I’d say Ondu Inversion Flip, Access Denied, Tezzeret the Seeker, Tezzeret, Artifice Master, Phyrexian Metamorph, Cultivator's Caravan, Invoke Justice, and An Offer You Can't Refuse, all mostly because they’re too expensive.
That leaves you with 109
Okay, so, this decklist is surprisingly tight for being 30~ cards over and I don’t know where to kick the last 9 off. Maybe Artificer Class? Maybe some of the creatures/vehicles? Idunno, good luck.

I have some land suggestions for you! Not all of them are great, but some of them could be pretty snazzy.
-
Vivid Grove, Vivid Meadow, Vivid Marsh and Vivid Creek are all any color lands that just need you to proliferate every once in a while.
-
Peat Bog, Hickory Woodlot, Saprazzan Skerry, Remote Farm, and Throne of Makindi are all two-for-one mana sources, so long as you proliferate.
-
Saltcrusted Steppe, Dreadship Reef, and Calciform Pools are all dual color storage lands and could all be big pay offs late game.
-
Novijen, Heart of Progress, Hall of Oracles, Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, Animal Sanctuary, Tyrite Sanctum, Nesting Grounds, Llanowar Reborn, Gavony Township, and Karn's Bastion are all just cards that relate to tokens on your creatures.
-
Hostile Hostel Flip lets you get a big, mean creature in exchange for sacrifices one small dude.
-
Crawling Barrens can get activated once, forgotten until someone doesn't have blockers, then swing with an absolute tank.
-
Fountain of Cho, Icatian Store, Subterranean Hangar, Bottomless Vault, Rushwood Grove, Hollow Trees, Saprazzan Cove, and Sand Silos are the same as the above, but inarguably worse. Idunno, could be even snazzy late-game, but like, ehhh, nah, probably not.

This deck looks awesome, and any deck where killer bees is a wincon has to get my upvote.
Have you considered Lair of the Hydra and Crawling Barrens, which seem to synergize with your big mana smacking goals?
Im also curious about your omission of Seedborn Muse and Nyxbloom Ancient as they seem on theme.
Cheers and have fun!

Crawling Barrens is a decent replacement for Faceless Haven.

Sorin_Markov_1947 thanks for the suggestions! I did consider the sentinels at one point but I found that with Stonecoil it's not that difficult to deal with opposing fliers and my other creatures just work too well in the deck to be able to cut for it anyway, I couldn't find a niche in practice where I wished I had a sentinel over whatever else I happened to draw outside of games where I flooded. Generally a stonecoil on turn 3 or 4 can block as much as needed to let the deck scale up to find other answers, and if my opponent isn't intent on playing the board early a crystalline giant tends to take care of our needs.
The main idea of the deck is to play through Forsaken Monument to aim for either Ugin or straight card advantage, we set up a factory with Lithoform Engine and look to do things like tap 5 lands to cast Chrome Replicator and copy it with lithoform to get 4 6/6 creatures, or stack up a Crawling Barrens to a 30/30 or so, or cast and copy a Stonecoil Serpent at x=16 for a pair of 18/18 tramplers. Everything else is pretty much card advantage and protection.
To this end I do agree that 4 Ugins and Mazeminds would be a great move, and since this list hasn't been upgraded since the days of Tergrid meta I'd be happy to cut Weathered Runestone to complete those playsets and add something like a Shadowspear in the spare slot. The other thing I noticed I didn't include in this build was Skyclave Relic , my other ramp piece in case I don't find my Palladium Myr and the reason that Throne of Makindi gets a spot on the mana base. I think from the list above I'd probably just take out all 3 runestones and 1 copy of Cosmos Elixir to add a 4th each of Ugin and Mazemind as well as 2 Relics.

Hello Minousmancer,
Thanks for the suggestions. The deck list a was a quick idea I was testing based on cards I had on Arena and was meant to try and allow people to try and use cards that would be easy to acquire.
The reason for choosing Crawling Barrens over Faceless Haven was to make it so I could have a land that could build to be a larger threat that most control decks that really on Heartless Act would not be able to remove. Faceless Haven feels strong for decks that are trying to be as aggressive as possible, while this deck really tries to sit back and build up for combo. Another nice thing about the Barrens is that you can sacrifice it to a Tend the Pests if the opponent tries to direct remove it and gain a board (speaking from experience). The deck also only uses, 2 of these lands in the deck as we do not really want to draw it early or in every game as a lot of the decks costs do not really make it the best land to have in play. All in all, the deck would be fine cutting the man land in general as it was only added to help fight against control decks.
I did forget to update the deck list from what is is currently using for a side deck. The Fractal Summoning and 1 copy of Environmental Sciences was removed for Containment Breach and Necrotic Fumes .
As for why the deck is not using Sedgemoor Witch is this was to be a budget deck. I was trying to find areas to trim around to keep the costs lower and lower the number of rare cards needing to be used on the deck as it was meant to be budget friendly (1 copy of Professor Onyx permitted for flavor). To include Sedgemoor Witch the deck idea also would probably change to not rely on Tend the Pests + Daemogoth Woe-Eater combo to be making tokens and would be using more cards like Hunt for Specimens and similar spells to generate tokens to combo.
PS: Plumb the Forbidden was in the deck already and was written into the deck description on how to make use of it. The reason the deck was called "Storm" was because of this spell.
