Understanding Kels

A big part of Kels is that infinite mana will draw you your deck by infinitely playing and sacrificing Kels to herself. To facilitate this, Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter is employed alongside High Tide to find a win. Lastly, Demonic Consultation is there too.
