Pako, Arcane Retriever (Blue) and Haldan, Avid Arcanist (Steve) deck that utilizes investigate/food and effects like Inspiring Statuary in order to get big mana and big value. Because Haldan, Avid Arcanist says that you can spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast the "fetched" cards, improvise/Urza, Lord High Artificer/Vault of Catlacan allows us to utilize our artifacts to cast them. That was the flavor I need to build a Pako and Haldan deck that utilizes Clues, and also a little bit of food tokens, to put together a Blue's Clues theme.
