A new deck idea I'm working on. I'm an Izzet player at heart and with the new commanders coming out I picked up the new deck and decided to concoct a new version of my UR. I play with a few friends rather casually for fun so it's not necessary to be uber competitive .

The basic concept is to punish my opponents when I draw cards somehow, wittling health or decks down to nothing with some mill and a little burn, ruining strategies and plans by forcing others to discard their hands or mill away their most useful cards.
