TLDR: use fling (sacked creature is coppied by riku) or burning anger to 1 shot with heroes' bane, copy a spell for tons of damage, and ramp, card draw, and counter spells to get there fast.

temur deck i made where basically you get a giant Heroes' Bane or Chameleon Colossus and fling it at their face for lethal or use burning anger or duplicate a "do X damage" spell with riku, fork, howl of the horde, or all together and make 8 copies for X - (6[riku]+3[howl]+2[fork]+1[spellcost]) damage, so say i have 20 mana, I have fork, howl of the horde, Crater's claws, and riku out i can deal a total of 64 damage split up into 8 damage chunks. In this calculation i said 20 mana, and i can get there with the ramp in this deck.(its only optimal to use all of those spells when you have 18 or more mana, anything less and the initial cost takes away from the x damage too much for the multiplier to be worth it. Every copy only adds 1 to the multiplier, optimally you would also have another spell with x damage and two copy spells in your hand so you can do this on two consecutive turns, rather than spend all your spells on one turn.)This deck also has a lot of draw and mana ramp so you can get to that 20 mana to 1-shot someone, and counter spells so you can survive that long. Also you can copy a time walk card and take like 5 extra turns.
