To help shuffle your graveyard back into your deck after you milled too much: Kozilek, Butcher of Truth Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre

The rest is optimized good stuff: landfall and cheating cards in with Apex Devastator, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant and Last March of the Ents.

Also, Monogreen mass haste: Surrak and Goreclaw Concordant Crossroads

Nice list, khuyler! A couple of suggestions that may be helpful:

You have no way to remove The One Ring should you ever need to when it accumulates too many burden counters. It may make sense to run Chaos Warp, Deglamer, and/or Demand Answers to give you an out if you're in a bind with The Precious, but if you don't have a pressing issue with The One Ring these cards are also very useful on their own.

With all of the landfall and ramp including Scapeshift it could be beneficial to add Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle as well as some additional mountains like Blood Crypt & Stomping Ground (maybe run proxies of Badlands & Taiga). This would allow you to deal a massive amount of damage when Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle and a bunch of additional mountains come into play from Scapeshift, plus Valakut would enable additional landfall damage triggers whenever more mountain(s) ETB while it's out.

Overgrown Tomb and Bayou would be solid additions, too. Have you considered running any of the fetchlands?

Ignoble Hierarch is a great mana dork for Jund.

Crucible of Worlds and Zuran Orb synergize well with Lord Windgrace.

Harrow costs the same and is slightly better than Roiling Regrowth imo since the lands wouldn't enter tapped, though you could run both.

Entish Restoration from the new LTR set might be worth considering, as it's a direct upgrade to Roiling Regrowth. It sadly doesn't have the "as an additional cost to cast this" clause that Harrow does, so you'll sacrifice a land for each copy, but I think the rate is worthwhile. :)

There are lots of options to help fix your mana that have been printed, some of the handiest are those that can dig out a land, and lands that make more than 1 colour. Both are very useful, some effects can even dig out 2 or 3 colour lands, but these are pricier in most cases. Some budget options include Jund Panorama, Riveteers Overlook, Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse, Mountain Valley, and Rocky Tar Pit (the last two can find non-Basic lands, this includes Woodland Chasm, Highland Forest, Sulfurous Mire), Cinder Glade, Smoldering Marsh). Blighted Woodland can find other land types if you have Green already, Myriad Landscape can find Green (or another colour), finding Green is usually important because of cards like Cultivate, and Kodama's Reach, these ramp you but can also find you a needed land type. There are also even better options (arguably) like Farseek, Nature's Lore and the pricier Three Visits, these can find non-Basic lands, making them very useful. I always liked Harrow, it can find 2 different colours of land if it's helpful, there is also the lesser Roiling Regrowth. Since your Commander is at 5 mana, you might even include stuff like Skyshroud Claim or Circuitous Route, there are more but they aren't as popular due to costing 4 mana (you can get stuck on 2 or 3 lands).

A pair of random cards that might work for you are Midnight Reaper and Grim Haruspex, both draw cards whenever your creatures die, and cost very little mana. Another couple randomly useful creatures Dockside Chef, Skullport Merchant, and Mayhem Devil, which are certainly gotten pricier but is still extremely good.

Roiling Regrowth isn't actually an upgrade to Harrow because, while you don't have to sacrifice a land if it gets countered, the basic lands enter the battlefield tapped which is a much bigger drawback.

Perilous Forays: Definitely a card I need to slot in, I'm just wondering what it should be slot in for? There doesn't seem to be an easy answer, I'm wondered what your thoughts on it are.

Concordant Crossroads: Undoubtably a very powerful card, I'm just not sure if haste makes enough of a difference in this deck to justify slotting this in.

Crashing Drawbridge: If I am going to slot in haste, its going to be through Concordant Crossroads

Akroma's Memorial: Definitely an interesting suggestion and a possible card to help close out games. It being removed can be a problem though, and I'm wondering what would be swapped out for it

Null Brooch: Having lands into my graveyard is good, but its very hard to get useful creatures or spell backs from the graveyard and I'm not sure if my entire hand is a good trade for one noncreature spell

Stone-Seeder Hierophant: Definitely synergistic, but it works similar to Lotus Cobra, but slower

Animist's Awakening: A very risky card, its possible to hit almost nothing for a very large mana investment, cutting down on some risks has been a point of upgrading this list.

Kamahl's Druidic Vow: Same reasoning as above, but less likely to miss

Traverse the Outlands: Most of the time, it hits about 5-6, which is a decent 1-1 payoff, but it costs more than cards such as Roiling Regrowth and there are other cards I would rather play with 5 CMC

Boundless Realms: If a game goes long, you will probably have more cards on the field than you can search up with this. It's a powerful card, but it doesn't have the speed that this list runs.

Reshape the Earth: Powerful card, great for finding certain lands like Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth, or Lotus Vale, but it is just too expensive CMC wise.

Pir's Whim: I will find a land card, but not everyone else will have an artifact/enchantment to sacrifice, especially in my pod. Its good, don't get me wrong, but there are more efficient cards imo.

Dryad's Revival: This is simply Timeless Witness, but Witness has a body that cards such as Ashaya, Soul of the Wild can use, or that I can sac to Greater Good, etc

I love the card in Mono Black Coffers, it could be nice here too but maybe you should have more way to use it rather than just activate Door to Nothingness. What if it gets countered or destroyed? Also you might need some way to tutor it.

Also you could use fetch lands or Life from the Loam to get full advantage of Roiling Regrowth and Harrow. Maybe Azusa, Lost but Seeking could help you ramp too.

Hey, nice upgrades to the precon on a budget.

With Kalamax I find that instants that can give him evasion while also draw a card are excellent. It's the draw that's makes 1 mana and 2 mana spells like this busted with Kalamax. Kalamax is a great attacker to do real Commander damage if he has evasion.

Kalamax is a mana hungry Commander because to take advantage of his abilities you want to cast an instant on each player's turn and to do this consistently requires having a lot of mana. Consider more ramp?

Relic of Legends is ramp and a source to tap Kalamax that makes mana. Storm-Kiln Artist is more magecraft, ramp with treasures. Roiling Regrowth is like Harrow except the basic lands ETB tapped. From the precon Haldan, Avid Arcanist + Pako, Arcane Retriever aren't needed, they belong in their own deck, with their own strategies.

Three, four or five color Precon manabases are subpar with too many basic lands which makes color fixing from lands quite poor. On a budget there's several land upgrades to consider, replacing not just some basic lands, but other lands that always ETB tapped for lands that don't?

Holdout Settlement and Survivors' Encampment can tap Kalamax to make mana. This is important since relying only on tapping Kalamax because you attacked can be problematic because what if Kalamax can't attack?
