I mean, what would you cut for it?
I think the Puzzle-Ward is better suited for decks that take advantage of rolling dice.

A lot of sites, including TCGPlayer, will do free shipping for orders over a certain amount. I'm not sure if that is only for domestic orders, though.

Grim Monolith is really intended as a combo piece in certain decks - you can totally cut that, too.

If you're looking for help making cuts, the first step I would take is to look at your symmetrical stax pieces and see which ones hurt you the most:
Deafening Silence, Grafdigger's Cage, Containment Priest, Ethersworn Canonist, Hushbringer, Kataki, War's Wage, Leonin Arbiter, Rest in Peace, Sphere of Resistance, Spirit of the Labyrinth, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Trinisphere, Sanctum Prelate, Rule of Law, Thorn of Amethyst, whew I think that's all.
Of these, you want to look at the ones which most hamper what you want to do, or have negative synergies with other cards you run. You have a few cards that say "draw", so Spirit of the Labyrinth is IMO the very first cut you should make.
The next ones I'd cut could take one of two routes: so, I'm thinking of cards like Ethersworn Canonist and Sphere of Resistance. These kind of innately have negative synergy - if people are paying more for spells, they're less likely to be able to cast multiple spells in the first place, meaning the Canonist's ability is wasted. You should consider going for one type of effect or the other, not both. (I wouldn't run either symmetrically in mono-white, personally).
Council's Judgment can probably be cut - you have great enough removal without running it.
kataki definitely needs to go with how many artifacts you're running.

In the vein of sac outlets: Priest of Forgotten Gods might be good if you want a little more creature removal for your opponents. I like it a bit better than Vampiric Rites for that reason, and since it produces mana rather than taking it away. The downside is it won't kickstart the Sanguine Bond / Exquisite Blood combo.

Yeah I looked it up - 614.5. A replacement effect doesn't invoke itself repeatedly; it gets only one opportunity to affect an event or any modified events that may replace it. Example: A player controls two permanents, each with an ability that reads "If a creature you control would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals double that damage to that permanent or player instead." A creature that normally deals 2 damage will deal 8 damage-not just 4, and not an infinite amount.
Which of course doesn't mean a group can't houserule it for fun. : )

Nice build! Robe of Stars is perfect for this, and can help your commander survive a lot. Spirit Link is another good one - you can either use it on your commander for lifelink, or disable an opponent's combat threat. Bloodforged Battle-Axe can get nutty, particularly with Wyleth. It's basically exactly what you want.
One question: why Rings of Brighthearth? Seems like it only synergizes with like 4 other cards in the entire deck. Am I missing some?

Deflecting Palm is another great one I just saw in another list.

Rogue's Passage is a great card to have for Kaalia in case your opponents have air defense. Spirit Mantle is also another good source of "unblockable" for Kaalia, and if you find she is having trouble sticking to the board, Kaya's Ghostform can help with that.

As far as lands go: you could definitely make a more consistent mana base, and more cheaply too if that's a concern, by replacing Gaea's Cradle and all your bounce lands with fetches / triomes: Windswept Heath, Indatha Triome, for example. Fist of Suns is a bit of a weird include, could replace it with Chromatic Lantern

If my understanding is correct, Primal Vigor / Doubling Season is not infinite. What happens is,
token creation effect goes on the stack. For the example, we'll say it's 3 tokens.
Primal Vigor and Doubling Season both trigger, each ability going on the stack exactly once. The cards' controller can choose the order (call the top one A and next one B).
Enchantment trigger A, on top of the stack resolves, doubling 3 to 6.
Enchantment trigger B, next on the stack resolves, doubling 6 to 12.
It's not some weird loophole where Enchantment A somehow "sees" the extra 6 tokens enchantment B adds - by the time those are added, enchantment trigger A is resolved and gone - although if you take the wording merely at face value, you could certainly make an argument for it being infinite, until you take the stack into account.
(Even if it was infinite, it's not a "may" - so it would technically end the game in a draw, for whatever that's worth).

Hey, TheOfficialCreator, thanks for the feedback!
Coveted Jewel was in a previous iteration of the deck, but honestly it feels a bit too slow at CMC 6. The mana being all one color also kind of hurts in tricolor.
Forced Fruition could work if it was a bit cheaper CMC-wise, but I like to keep the draw a little more in my favor - mill isn't particularly part of the game plan (although it can certainly happen, and has).
Added the others to the maybe board : ) Nine Lives is too funny to not use.
You're right there isn't a lot of direct synergy with my commander, but a lot of my cards don't care about controller - e.g. Howling Mine, Oblivion Ring, etc, so I can freely donate them. More cards that donate themselves is always better, though.

I thought Panharmonicon only affected "enters the battlefield" abilities? Did it get some oracle text or something?

26 lands? Bold of you. I know the effective CMC is a lot lower than it looks due to most cards being used just to cycle, but... does it work? I playtested it a little and it seems kind of half-and-half.

1) Protean Hydra doesn't interact with Genesis Hydra very well 2) Protean Hydra doesn't have inherent Trample Buuuut
Protean Hydra can get hella huge super quick. :D (Also people can't bribe it)
Steelbane Hydra is also great for repeated artifact/enchantment removal in creature form (albeit a bit expensive).
if you end up adding Aggravated Assault, you should also consider Bear Umbra and Savage Ventmaw, since those are good value cards in and of themselves that will also win games on the spot with an Aggravated Assault out.
