Pretty much a Thrasios deck, wins with typical cheesy bant combo stuff, and kills with Aetherflux Reservoir. Tries to be a card-advantage/control deck until that can happen.

If Aetherflux Reservoir is exiled, can still win with Reality Shift and Beast Within.

Ishai can actually win some games on it's own. But usually he is there to block or force somebody to use removal on him. If I get ramp on turn 2, I like to cast him on turn 3 usually, and then wait until I have 6 total mana to cast Thrasios. But unless keeping him alive means you get to kill somebody with commander damage on your next attack, it's almost always wrong to expend resources protecting Ishai. If somebody is using removal on him, he did his job. Just get more mana and cast him again.

Also infinitely recurring Time Warp and attacking with whoever is on board will occasionally win. But I rarely shoot for this, and will not hesitate to just cast Time Warp as a 5-mana Explore if I have nothing else going on.
