Maybeboard

Essentially, we here like dragons. The commander, Animar, Soul of Elements, tries to ramp you up into them. The main focus is to get as many Dragons down as possible, draw as many cards as possible, and get as much mana as possible. In a game of Commander, you want people to look at you like a massive threat, but you're not actually going to attack unless you've got enough creatures.

This is doubtless going to be a rather slow deck, particularly if you don't have ramp cards in your first hand. You don't want to establish yourself as a powerhouse too early, so try to be nice to the other players while you pump up Animar. Once you've got mana for Dragons, you can drop them on. If you've got enchantments, though, put them down first because they usually will help you in the long-term. Save the disruptive spells for the best possible moment, because you don't have that many--but since there is so much card draw, you're bound to have them! As soon as your Dragons hit the field, people will begin to worry, but it's Commander--don't be mean. Put down as many enchantments as you can before being overpowered, and always save mana for a counter of some sort. You don't have much in the way of graveyard-return cards, though, so don't leave your forces open for too long: if you've got everything on the field, by all means go for the win.

Dragons are notorious for their wings, so fliers are not going to give you a hard time. However, unblockable creatures are going to abuse their power and get your life total down, so you're going to want those creature-fighting entering-the-battlefield triggers to go off whenever there's a threat. Make sure always to play Well of Ideas if you have it, too, since it'll make people hate you less. And in Commander, the idea isn't to get people to hate you; it's to have fun for hours on end! So go out there, drop this deck onto the table, and act like you're on top of the world. Just don't expect to win--removal is scarce in this deck, and they're going to ruin your playing field if you look too powerful; you've got to find the balance.
