Jugan, the Rising Star Discussion
I have three mono green commanders, and I am pretty sure all three cards are going in my deck. I don't want anything expensive in my deck, this will just be a whatever I got on hand and whatever is cheapest deck. The deck has tons and TONS of high power strong creatures like Thorn Elemental Jugan, the Rising Star Panglacial Wurm impervious slagwurm Pelakka Wurm scut mob ( Potential strong ) Gigantosaurus Verdurous Gearhulk Thragtusk Terra Stomper.
So with that in mind, I also want to throw in Helm of the Host which I think will want to be a major win condition too. I know I don't have any real way to search for it, but I also want the commander to be the best option for that artifact as well.
What do you guys think is the best commander for this deck?

123 cards, you need to drop 23, here are my picks:
Bloodstone Goblin, Death's Presence, Contagion Engine, Saproling Infestation, Loyal Guardian, Sporeback Troll, Explosive Vegetation, Increasing Savagery, Retreat to Kazandu, Shape of the Wiitigo, Hunting Triad, Jugan, the Rising Star, Artifact Mutation, Soul's Might, Solidarity of Heroes, Rishkar, Peema Renegade, Joraga Warcaller, Strength of the Tajuru, Ring of Kalonia, Managorger Hydra, Ring of Valkas, Alpha Authority, Song of Freyalise, Forced Adaptation, and Rampant Growth

Hi, as a fellow dragon lover I would like to offer some advice. You might want to add Phyrexian Arena and Rishkar's Expertise. Both cards are great and I would even replace Rhystic Study. At some point, poeple start paying one and you don't really get to refill as much as you'd like.
I'd also sugest working on the mana base of the deck. I am not sure what your resources are, but you could try basic lands with Check lands, because tapped lands are death to 5-color decks. This could open up to adding basic land ramp, which is not really terrible if you happen to have all the good cards for ramping like that. Eternal Dragon has been absolutely stellar for me, although I do run 10 shocks and 10 checks and a couple of Fetches. I ended up cutting control and removal cards in favor of just playing dragons and drawing cards and has worked out pretty nicely for me. I removed all walkers from the deck, because they didn't get the discounts from Ur and were awkward to defend. How's Taigam working out for you? He doesn't seem to have a lot to work with. I'd swap him for a dragon or some removal.
Lurking Predators is a card I am currently playtesting and it has a lot of potential the more creatures you have.O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami is a card I have a very strong love-hate relationship. Everythime I want to include it, I end up cutting it out of the deck because it feels...weird. Zirilan of the Claw is a Commander on his own and is too mana intensive and slow for a deck like this so I wouldn't reccomend it. Dragonstorm is unfortunately almost unplayable here because the card reaaaly likes to play with other spells to charge up the Storm. It's an expensive tutor and I've so far skipped it. You could try Sarkhan's Triumph instead. Knollspine Dragon not particularly interesting and not a great draw engine, I'd skip it. Stormbreath Dragon I'd include depending on my playgroup. So far, I haven't felt the need but it's almost making the cut.Jugan, the Rising Star is bad, just bad.
Cheers to you friend and may the wind guide you over your enemies!

I see this deck is on a very tight budget, so I'll try to make suggestions of low-cost cards :)
In a voltron deck, I would try to lower your CMC wherever possible. Rancor is a fantastic way to give cheap, repeatable trample to your commander, and Armory of Iroas may help you get extra counters on Skullbriar. Have you considered Hatred, to one-shot someone out of the blue? Beyond that, I'd try to add more card draw, such as Underworld Connections and Phyrexian Arena :) a few of my first cuts would be Jugan, the Rising Star, Vampire Nighthawk, and Watcher in the Web.
Hope that helps a bit!

A few suggestions:
Shape of the Wiitigo is quite expensive for what it does
Primeval Bounty expensive card for what it does
Primal Vigorchances of you casting this, then passing and letting your opponents use it first are high, imo.
Death's Presence you don't have that many creature to benefit from this.
Ashling the Pilgrim seems like a weak board wipe. Might be okay, though, but expensive.
Jugan, the Rising Star is just kinda bad, and you can do better for 6 aman
Rage Forger1 damage across 2-3 creatures won't make a big difference, even if it's across a few turns.
Soul's Might I don't think this is good.
Verduran Emissary Scrounging Bandar Keldon Overseer Fungal Behemoth Citanul Woodreaders Burst Lightning seem okay, but work nicely with what you're trying to do. Maximising on kicker is the way to go, imo.
Rishkar's Expertise goes in almost every green deck. It's crazy good, especially with a giant commander.

Exactly the type of deck I'm planning to build with O-K. 5 color Kami deck ho. Mine's probably going to be a tad more focused on the theme then yours, but still a delight to see it out there. Glad to see my namesake in there, too! You're missing Final Judgment though... It has our boi O-Kagachi on the card! Can't make a deck without that. Also, maybe some of the Dragon Spirits? They're thematic, awesome, and some of them even pretty useful: Yosei, the Morning Star, Jugan, the Rising Star, Ryusei, the Falling Star, Kokusho, the Evening Star, Keiga, the Tide Star.

So this is both a decent start and has a long way to go. While I don't have many specific card cuts to recommend to you, I can point you in a general direction for you to go, as well as a bunch of cards that might help you...

Some issues I see with the deck Show
- Not enough Evasion. While your creatures might be large, very few of them have trample, flying, unblockable, landwalk, etc. This means that against any deck that makes tokens (Which is a LOT of them), you will have a VERY hard time actually killing them.
- Not enough removal. I know that UG tends to be very light in removal, but it is still VERY important. While you have a couple removal spells, mass removal is still very useful.
- Not enough protection. Similar to your removal spells, you have very few ways to protect your own creatures. Being able to protect your own beefy creatures is important in commander when there are so many opponents and having a large number of cards in your hand paints a large target upon your back.

In general, these cards are either too clunky, too expensive (cost wise), have strictly better versions, or don't push your game plan forward.
Hopefully some amount of this will help! You're allready at the deck being only $90 so you're pretty close! Good luck!
