My attempt at a "budget" build for a Queen Marchesa commander deck. The main focus is to abuse the queen's "Monarch" ability as much as possible in order to grind out a victory through card advantage and a well-equipped token army. There is a decent amount of cards to discourage aggro from the other side to keep the crown as well as spot removal to get rid of problematic assets.
