Fun in my khanate? It's more likely than you think

Commander / EDH*

Do you just hate it when other players have the audacity to play the game?! If so, this may be a deck for you.

This is a Villainous Wealth deck (much like Jeremy Noell's) disguised as a Tasigur, the Golden Fang EDH deck dedicated to being a combo heavy, ridiculous, stupid win style deck. It isn't particularly fast, but it's pretty good in casual play. Plus, Villainous Wealth-ing someone for their entire deck is always a good feeling. Part of the idea here is graveyard recursion and play, as is to be expected with a Tasigur deck, but some other combos exist as well. Ramping and going infinite are pretty key pieces here, so if your play group disapproves, tough.

I've narrowed this as much as I can on the mana base in favor of extreme card draw. (Consecrated Sphinx-Rhystic Study-Necropotence-Phyrexian Arena-Notion Thief-The Gitrog Monster-Sire of Stagnation)

You shouldn't have any problem hanging onto the cards either, thanks to Reliquary Tower-Kruphix, God of Horizons-Spellbook-Thought Vessel

You can then begin essentially digging (heh. pun not intended. (see Dig Through Time)) for combo pieces, snagging Palinchrons, Peregrine Drakes, Deadeye Navigators, and whatever else you feel like comboing off with. You are very wealthy after all.

All jokes aside though, Deadeye Navigator can be a very effective piece in making infinite mana loops. Using him, you can blink a Palinchron or a Peregrine Drake endlessly, gaining whatever mana you need and firing an overwhelming Villainous Wealth or Torment of Hailfire. Plus, given the amount of tutoring this deck is capable of, you should be able to essentially get to almost anything you need. Play a Vampiric Tutor or a Worldly Tutor, or, later in the game, a Traverse the Ulvenwald, and use it to grab an Eternal Witness or, less effectively, an Archaeomancer. Get your spell back, and then cast it again to snag the Deadeye Navigator or whichever combo piece it is you need. Once Deadeye Navigator has reached the field with either of the previously mentioned two, it's essentially another tutor for and /. Grand Architect + Pili-Pala is nothing to sneeze at either, as this combo will provide infinite colored mana in any combo you like, also allowing insanity with Villainous Wealth/Torment of Hailfire. You could even instantly snag and execute this in response to someone activating a board wipe. Use Prophet of Kruphix (illegal I know, but not in casual play) or Alchemist's Refuge to flash in a Protean Hulk, let it die to the wipe, and seach the Grand Architect + Pili-Pala combo. By board wiping you, they've just given you infinite mana.

These are just a few of the combos and plays this deck allows for, so if you liked it make sure to give it a +1!
