I don't really care about comboing off on turn two because that is not the reason I play this format at all. If I wanted to play competitively I find anything else to be much more appealing in that aspect. BUT with that said lets get to the deck.

So it's a work in progress and I'm currently just getting into the format (at least paper magic wise, online I've been playing EDH for a while) but obviously expensive cards are expensive so it's going to be a project for some time now. I'm looking to play a solid blue black control list with either Sygg, River Cutthroat or Lazav, Dimir Mastermind as my general, at the moment due to availability the general is Lazav.

The cards the I will be putting into this deck once acquired are now in the trade binder if you want to make a suggestion you should look there to see if I'm already aware of it.

Update: Basically revamped the list as to what it is now. Still a long way to go if I wanted to make it perfect but now it actually looks like a solid pile of cards. Also changed the general because this Wydwen is a powerful but not obnoxious card and has a ton of synergy with the deck unlike the other U/B generals.
