I have built several RUW EDH decks that focused on an equipment voltron theme, but never had a commander in the colors who actually cared about artifacts. Bumpy the Devastator was the best for the theme I found as he actually wanted you to attack with him but something was just missing. Then C16 was released, and with it the partner mechanic and Akiri Lineslinger. She ha sprocket to be a boss in this deck with Ishai giving her access to blue. She hits the board early and with the right support swings for lethal Commander damage in a matter of turns. And she is so cheap that she is hardly slowed down by multiple deaths, and thanks to her second ability she is usually bigger on subsequent casts. I am in a pretty good place with this build, but am open to suggestions.
