This deck is a modified version of the Aminatou TurboStasis list to try to make the deck a little more competitive.

Aminatou is a really fun commander, but she is slower then other stuff like Thrasios Tymna breakfast hulk, so our gameplan is to make those decks a little bit slower with cards like Stasis , Winter Orb , or Arcane Laboratory , she does have fun interactions with cards that have ETB effects like Sorcerous Spyglass and Planeswalkers because after you flicker them you can use their loyalty abilities again.

Combos Show

There are a few combos that work with Aminatou in this deck, but they are slower and do require more cards or mana to setup hence the stax theme.

Stasis locks Show

Stasis locks are fun to setup but if you want to hold the fort indefinitely you will need one of a few other cards

Stasis + Smothering Tithe , You will net mana each turn with Smothering Tithe and be able to pay for stasis as long as you want, if you have something like Frozen AEther out your opponents will be locked out of doing anything while you use your free mana from their draws to play your other wincons.

Stasis + Teferi, Hero of Dominaria , you can use Teferi's +1 to net mana each turn and if you have Frozen AEther you opponents cant really do anything about it and you can draw into your other wincons.

When you stasis lock make sure to have a bit of open blue mana from islands or whatever just to make sure, if you have Aminatou out you can also bounce islands to pay for stasis to keep it out for a bit longer.

Tezzeret the Seeker Show

Tezzeret the Seeker + Aminatou, the Fateshifter and , use Tezzeret's -X and pay 2 for X to find Rings of Brighthearth , then flicker Tezzeret with Aminatou and -X him again this time paying 4 for X and copying it with rings to find Basalt Monolith and Goblin Cannon then you can do the Basalt and Rings combo and pay of your to activate goblin cannon, in response to this activation you can activate it again, and again, and again and ping everything for ∞ dmg.

Value Plays Show

Mystic Remora + Aminatou, the Fateshifter , every turn if you so choose you can flicker Remora with Aminatou's -1 and only have to pay each turn.

Spellseeker + Aminatou, the Fateshifter , you can flicker Spellseeker with Amiunatou's -1 and search for counter spells or other tutors to fund your wincons.

Sorcerous Spyglass + Aminatou, the Fateshifter , you can flicker Spyglass to look at other players hands, and name another card if the one you had originally named isnt a threat anymore, this last part works with Pithing Needle too.

Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace you can draw your entire deck and combo off from their, there are enough cheap or free mana rocks in the deck to net you a nice bit of mana while you do this but you do want to win this turn because 1 hp isnt a great place to be with only 4 creatures in the deck.

Aminatou, the Fateshifter + any mana dork, you can flicker the mana dorks to have them enter untapped to get extra mana.
