This is a semi-competitive Aminatou, the Fateshifter deck on a budget. It is a perpetual work in progress. Open to critique.

The Deck's main win condition is using Aminatou, the Fateshifter with Spark Double or Felidar Guardian to generate infinite 'enter the battlefield'-triggers with Altar of the Brood on the battlefield.

Alternatively it can use Oath of Teferi along with Spark Double or Felidar Guardian to generate infinite blinks, to untap lands, repeat etb effects and reactivate planeswalkers. Panharmonicon and Felidar Guardian can be used to do the same. This way it can kill opponents by infinitely looping Ashiok, Dream Render activations, or by exiling their library by looping Reality Shift using Mystic Sanctuary.

The deck also has Deadeye Navigator, which can generate infinite mana, ETB-triggers and creature blinks with Peregrine Drake and can also do some or all of those things with Cloud of Faeries.
