I wanted to make a great RW deck but RW has never had a great commander, and it has always lacked card draw resources necessary to be competitive. Now with these partners, RW gets the cheap but ever amazing Akiri. Slamming even mana rocks puts your opponents on a short clock, wheel effects refill your hand, and there's plenty of control pieces that either don't effect you, or shut off at your command. It's extremely resilient and quite punishing at times.
