The main plan is to play our commander, Ramos, Dragon Engine, cast 3 spells adding at least 5 counters to Ramos, then use the free Ramos mana to cast Dragonstorm for Scourge of Valkas, Utvara Hellkite, Scourge of the Throne and Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund (or Dragonlord Kolaghan). This should be enough to win most games. There are a couple extra dragons in the deck for cases where Dragonstorm is cast with a higher or lower storm count.

You won't always have the Dragonstorm in hand, but there's a lot of card draw and tutors. There's also a plan if you have Conflux instead of Dragonstorm. Use the free mana from Ramos to cast Conflux (floating ), fetching Cloudshift, Dark Ritual, Deathrite Shaman, Scarscale Ritual and Dragonstorm. These will allow you to get free mana from Ramos again and cast Dragonstorm.

Other plans to use the Ramos mana are Door to Nothingness and Chromanticore, and we can also win with Aetherflux Reservoir if we get a sufficiently large storm count.
