Probably Power Matrix and maybe Lifecrafter's Bestiary since you have a good amount of card draw in the deck.

Alright so this is where things get difficult lol. Right now the deck has some semblance of agro and control but its currently being bogged down by things that don’t contribute anything or enough to warrant their spot. I’m going to suggest a lot of cuts and for each one I’ll offer a decent replacement that will not only make all of our lives miserable but also contribute to making the deck far more resilient and difficult to stop. Now what these additions will do is smooth out your mana curve and make you come out swinging far more quickly in more consistently. The additions include another outlet to go infinite through Sword of Feast and Famine and Aggravated Assault . They also contain multiple ways to tutor up Helm of the Host and win. Combat Celebrant and Godo, Bandit Warlord each go infinite with helm and Godo will tutor for it himself and place it straight onto the battlefield.

We also tighten up your control package with cheap removal and creatures that limit what you’re opponents can do. I can provide more explanations in person if you like.

Remember these are only suggestions lol But if you try them I think you’ll like how much faster the deck pops off.

Power Matrix, Swiftfoot Boots and Indestructibility

If you want to bring costs down there are a few vehicles that give trample, haste, flying, vigilance etc. All pretty cheap

@Chadowboy @Heisenbrain Yeah I was considering adding First Strike or Double Strike but sadly no real support in U/B (That got me thinking that Grixis Ninja must be fun too but I am fine with Dimir) I will consider adding Power Matrix

Chadowboy I had some first strike shenanigans in my Admiral Beckett Brass Ninja-Pirates, but its difficult to do (Red helps a bunch). In UB there is pretty much only Power Matrix. You don't want Equipments that cost more than 1 to equip, because you want Mana for Ninjutsu and possible playing your attacker again and static effects like Akroma's Memorial will not work either. In Beckett Brass i gained an additional trigger from first letting the pirates do damage before ninjutsuing them out. In this deck it's the question if you're gaining enough to jump through so many hoops.

Have you thought about using the first strike/ninjutsu combo here? I think rules would allow the first strike damage to happen, but the creature dealing it would still be considered as attacking and unblocked, so it can be used for ninjutsu, then all other creatures including the new ninja would deal "normal" combat damage. That would help triggering prowl as well as Yuriko.

I thought of cards like Power Matrix and Bladed Pinions here to give some evasiveness as well as first strike.
