Here is a little something I found while just looking through some cards for a colorless deck. Skyship Weatherlight
I think this card has some potential for colorless decks since it can in a way tutor for any number of creatures/artifacts in the deck. Granted I’d probably only go up to 4 at the most and even that would be pushing it since once it gets destroyed those cards are gone. But with a card like Unwinding Clock and some mana rocks you can probably clear the exiled pile quickly enough.

Also Skyship Weatherlight works kinda like a tutor card for some artifacts and creatures in your deck.

I do like the idea of Quicksilver Amulet since I may be able to put some of my angels out a little earlier, although I actually do pretty alright with mana ramp.
I should probably put in Reforge the Soul since another wheel would be a good idea. As for Burning Wish it seems like a good card, although I wouldn’t really know what other sorcery cards I could have in the side board for it.
I need to update the deck a little since I removed Helm of the Host to be a little more fair to my local playgroup since it is an infinite combo and all it did was get my Aurellia targeted down a lot in the early game when they knew I had it.

You may want to get Land Tax and Smothering Tithe to ramp the deck a little. Playing Boros can be a challenge due to the lack of mana ramp and having to look around for card draw answers, but it is doable.

This is just something I’d like to get some insight on before building my next edh deck which I’d probably want to be group hug themed just as a change of pace. So what group hug commanders and cards do you guys normally like to see when your at the table and what cards are normally hiding in there to potentially pull out a win?
Was thinking of using Selvala, Explorer Returned since I already have her, but I’d be up for using a different commander.

Patryn I just got a Mana Drain today in a pack of Iconic masters as well as picking up the Sword of Feast and Famine from a local shop so the deck is coming along nicely. I was just curious of your thoughts of Mana drain since it only gives colorless mana.

Since you are playing Boros I’d include Smothering Tithe into the deck to help you mana ramp.

I’d say Umezawa's Jitte since it has a little more versatility with the other abilities it can spend charge counters on.

Patryn I do have Bloodstained Mire , but I gave it to my brother for his Rakdos demon deck so I probably won’t get that back, but I do have Flooded Strand except I put it into my Angel tribal deck, which I guess it may not be needed in there, not too sure. Aurelia's Angelic crusade.
I also managed to get a Karplusan Forest from my local store. I’ll probably update the deck once some more cards come in.

I would argue that Tezzeret's Gambit can be used with any color of mana as long as you shock yourself in the event you do not have blue mana at the time or need to keep your blue mana up for other reasons.
Costing less mana Contentious Plan does seem like a good swap for it. I guess it depends on how much you’ll think you need that extra card and the slight flexibility gambit offers

Probably won’t do Cathars' Crusade because despite having it I know that would be such a pain in the rear and take forever to do the numbers.

Patryn Thanks for all the suggestions, I know I have a few of my battlebond lands around, or at least that I have another Sea of Clouds I could swap into the deck and I can probably move a few shock lands into the deck from some of my other decks that I don’t play as much.
I probably won’t get Mana Confluence or Reflecting Pool since they are a little a little pricy. Do you think the Dominaria checklands like Hinterland Harbor would work better in the deck if I used some of them? I also have an Unclaimed Territory which could go in just for casting my creatures.
I can see going down that counterspell route a little since I really don’t need that many warriors on the field for Najeela to do her work. Hope to get Dovin's Veto once that comes out.
I guess the main thing to ask is what cards do you think I should remove if I were to make those changes.

Which may actually play into the flavor text on Huatli's Raptor since she can make them in the image as the Dinos to her native plane, or she can move them which I sort of doubt since didn’t the mending prevent planeswalkers from taking other being with them when they move to new planes.

Maybe not move them but actually make them out of pure mana like how all the angels have been created in the MTG lore as well as control/bond with existing ones for planes they are native to.

Vanishing can help you keep a single creature alive and any equipments or auras on that creature will phase out with it.

Well with the Locust god in the deck I would recommend Fevered Visions since it will let you draw cards and despite being a little group hug it will shock your opponents.

I also think 40 lands may be a little much when most of your cards are 2 drops. Maybe swap some of those out with mana rocks or other things of the sort.
