Maybeboard

I wanted to concentrate on the ability to tap all creatures opponents control to create an opening, resulting in leaning into flicker spells and abilities. To give versatility I leaned into wizard tribal, though I also tried to avoid any infinite combos. For control there is a lot of bounce, though once again, I tried to avoid infinite combos. People wont have fun if I remove every non-land permanent every turn. Time twister is in there for a theoretical punch after a mass bounce.

It may be a little slow and relies on card draw to find acceleration. Even then it kind of middles around a bit, lacking a solid win condition and is probably more about grinding other players down. I don't think this is too bad a thing... to a point, and I'm not sure what side of that point this is.
