Sidisi bosses around zombies. While she's at it, also some combos happen.

The deck is centered around dropping Sidisi early and getting increasing value out of more and more aggressively self milling. Any offensive mill is incidental value which is nice but not the main goal.

The Mill package includes: Hermit Druid (This deck can be powered up dramatically by simply removing all the basic lands, my play group wouldn't like that and neither would I so I run 6 to make it a little more forgiving).

Mesmeric Orb (cheap but it gets hated on pretty quickly in my playgroup)

Phenax (If you drop phenax he's very difficult to remove and plays well with the aggro strategy discussed below. He can be central to closing out the game in many cases).

Sidisi (The brood tyrant herself is very much your most reliable engine for mill. Get your commander damage in early while there are few blockers and generate some zombies while you're at it).

Path of Discovery (Explore triggers with sidisi stack up very quickly)

The mill can be turned into several major strategies to close out the game:

Mill into an empty library If your library is emptied for whatever reason, and with at least 3 creatures, 4 life and 2 untapped mana (one of which is blue) Dread Return out Laboratory Maniac and cast Deep Analysis to draw off an empty library.

Mortal Combat If your library is emptied into your graveyard with Mortal Combat on the battlefield, you will win on the next upkeep.

Gitrog Monster and Dakmor Salvage cleanup With the Gitrog Monster on the field and Dakmor Salvage in your graveyard, and an over-full hand, you can dredge dakmor salvage out, triggering Gitrog Monster draws before you discard Dakmor Salvage again to clean up, then dredge again off the Gitrog Monster's draws. This loop will empty your library on your cleanup step, but without Laboratory Maniac already on the field this can kill you.

Aggro

With a full graveyard, cards like Sewer Nemesis and Golgari Grave-Troll will be massive and deadly beaters. Consuming Aberration relies more heavily on casting spells while it is on the field and cares about our opponents graveyard but it will also get pretty big and can be used the same way. With Wonder in the graveyard they will also be fliers. These can also be tapped with Phenax to aggressively mill opponents or yourself to feed another strategy, or sacrificed to Disciple of Bolas to draw into a huge chunk of the deck and gain life.

With Sidisi on the field, our mill produces Zombies which can become overwhelming in some cases. Field of the Dead and Parallel Lives double up on our zombie generation and the zombies can be sacrificed for mana or tapped with Phenax for self mill or aggressive mill.

Reanimation

The deck runs a pretty formidable reanimator package, including Reanimate, Whisper, Blood Liturgist, Greenwarden of Murasa/Eternal Witness, Dread Return, and Victimize. These can help cheat out expensive cards early and make any number of our other strategies more resilient. Living Death can end games right then and there.

Turbo Mana

With Amulet of Vigor and Lotus Cobra on the field, and a full graveyard, Splendid Reclamation or World Shaper's death trigger will return all of our lands from our graveyard to the battlefield. This will almost certainly get us dozens of zombies with Field of the Dead, but also generates oodles of mana, ensures that all of our lands enter the battlefield untapped for even more mana, and leaves us with a pool that could have upwards of hundreds of mana in it in the right circumstances. This mana can be spent on a Torment of Hailfire which is an instant win if it resolves.
