Zur the Enchanter list looking to leverage Rogue Class as inspiration for a thieving deck with some mill ability but nothing to shake a stick at. Zur the Enchanter can tutor out both Rogue Class and Arcane Adaptation to turn everybody on my side of the field into petty thieves in Zur's organized crime ring.

The infinite mana combos of Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter and Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth has no big payoff/outlet for the win (except for Blue's Sun Zenith but I don't wanna do that); the aim is to cast the cards we have stolen since Esper isn't easy to ramp in without shelling out hundreds of dollars for fast mana. We have a lot of our opponents' spells to cast, let alone our own key pieces.

There is a minor Flash theme in order to take advantage of Cunning Nightbonder, another rogue, and my prerelease copy of Slitherwisp as additional utility and value. Do note that cards like Leyline of Anticipation which say "You may cast spells as though they had flash" will not trigger Slitherwisp or be protected by Cunning Nightbonder because the spells don't actually have the keyword "Flash". Leyline of Anticipation was included despite this unfortunate ruling simply because of how good it is. In a more synergistic manner, Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir works as a way to give our creature spells the keyword "Flash" in order to utilize our Flash payoffs. Cards like Alexi's Cloak and Blessing of Leeches which say "You may play this card any time you could play an instant" have Oracle text to have Flash.
