Krydle of Baldur's Gate
Legendary Creature — Human Elf Rogue
Whenever Krydle of Baldur's Gate deals combat damage to a player, that player loses 1 life and mills a card, then you gain 1 life and scry 1.
Whenever you attack, you may pay . If you do, target creature can’t be blocked this turn.

Yuriko, The Tiger’s Shadow
Ninjas are awesome: one of my EDH decks is a Yuriko deck that makes people "very happy". And it's a good start that you have! Some thoughts about things to add that vary in budget-friendliness:
- I like a lot of spells that you don't pay full price for, but that will hurt if Yuriko flips them. Commit / Memory, Dig Through Time, The Magic Mirror, Shadow of Mortality, and Commandeer are all, if memory serves, not so expensive price-wise and also quite powerful. (Force of Will is another classic, but I don't recommend it unless you have it because it's quite pricey!)
- Other good evasive creatures/enablers are Krydle of Baldur's Gate, Wonder, Nighthawk Scavenger, and Vampire Nighthawk. If you have one, Bitterblossom is also another great generator for nuisances.
- One of Yuriko's main tricks (or how I play her) is really being able to adjust your library on demand for maximum pain and suffering (for your opponents). Of course, Vampiric Tutor and Mystical Tutor are (expensive) classics, but Lim-Dul's Vault is a go-to I use, as is Sensei's Divining Top. For any of the instants, Isochron Scepter is great for repeatable "fun" with a lot of your stuff.
- Another option to maximize pain is any of the double-faced spell/land cards from Zendikar Rising, like Sea Gate Restoration Flip, Zof Consumption Flip, Umara Wizard Flip... not all of them are good, but they are great things to flip with Yuriko.

Kamiz, rogues shadow attack
You need way more countermagic in my opinion (add some of the stuff from the maybeboard). I've played against Kamiz decks before. They're a very powerful attacking commander, but one board wipe at the wrong time can be back breaking. Here are some cards I don't understand in this build and would think you can cut: Knowledge Exploitation, Thada Adel, Acquisitor, Strionic Resonator, Krydle of Baldur's Gate.

Kingpin Initiative

Yup did it. Commander changed to Safana, Calimport Cutthroat and Dungeon Delver
Also:
Removed
- Alora, Merry Thief all the reasons specified above
- Gonti, Lord of Luxury was a for-fun place filler, now have more dedicated cards to put in.
- Plaguecrafter have asymmetric board wipes, this guy making me sacrifice was too far
- Hooded Blightfang commander no longer hands out deathtouch like candy so less synergistic.
Added
- Agent of the Shadow Thieves basically voltron on a stick.
- Marchesa's Decree why not add monarch? I already make myself hard to hit.
- Krydle of Baldur's Gate excellent replacement for alora's unblockable effect
- Reconnaissance Mission moar card draw!

Mill Among Thieves

iwulf411 Hey, thanks for your comment! I don't understand what do you mean when you say that I don't have any means to make Zareth unblockable? I have at least 6 cards in the deck that make him unblockable (Alora, Merry Thief, Krydle of Baldur's Gate, Rogue's Passage, Thassa, God of the Sea, Whirler Rogue, Whispersilk Cloak) and 2 cards that give him pretty good evasion (Mask of Riddles, Shizo, Death's Storehouse).
True, I could change my commander but then I would have to rebuild the deck in a different way since this build is centered around Zareth San being my commander.
If you think you have better cards in mind than what I have in my deck currently, please be so kind to suggest those.

Sneak Attack - modified precon!
Just going to put some cards here I think you should add if you want to focus on Milling. The deck needs more big mill in order to win/turn on big creatures. Let me know if you want me to suggest cards to remove.
legendofa on Which spell types affects what …

By "normal destroy target creature" I assume you mean something like Murder. A card with the phrase "destroy target" can kill anything that fits the requirements. Krydle of Baldur's Gate is has the Creature type, so it can be killed by Murder. It can't be killed by Doom Blade, for example, because it isn't a nonblack creature.
-
The common mnemonic for how protection is helps is the word DEBT. A creature with protection can't be Damaged, Enchanted or Equipped, Blocked, or Targeted by any card effect it has protection from. One important note is that this doesn't protect against "Destroy all" effects like Wrath of God; those will still kill a creature with protection.
-
Similar to answer 1, a destroy effect can affect anything that fits its requirements. Smelt can destroy a generic artifact, an artifact creature, an equipment, or anything else that has Artifact in its type line.

Budget Sneak Attack Precon Upgrade
Hey, good start, well done upgrading the precon on a budget. For your first deck you have good card sense already. Most of my card suggestions to consider are $1 or less each. Some overall advice is to consider lowing the mana curve which will reduce the avg. CMC of your deck which is currently high at 3.4. By lowing the mana curve then you can potentially play more Rogues quicker to have more of a board presence when you cast Anowon.
There's an infinite opponent mill combo with Mindcrank. Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank + effect to make each opponent mill a card. For three mana this combo makes all your opponents mill the rest of their libraries and each opponent loses life equal to the amount of cards they had left in their libraries.
Consider a few more one drop Rogues who have evasion to help them to do combat damage to a player?
By adding more one drop Rogues then you have more chances to potentially control more Rogues before you cast Anowon. Spells that only cost one mana are great in Commander letting you more easily cast more than one spell a turn or cast a spell on your turn and leave up lands/mana for instant opponent interaction.
Some other one drops to consider:
Anowon with Rogues is all about attacking. Consider more effects to take advantage of attacking and doing combat damage to opponents?
- Krydle of Baldur's Gate: Rogue with combat damage to player trigger, also repeatable to make Anowon, itself or another creature you control unblockable, for two mana.
- Hoard Robber: Rogue who can create repeatable ramp with treasures.
- Reconnaissance Mission: draw a card for each creature who does combat damage to a player.
- Key to the City: repeatable unblockable by discarding a card and it can be repeatable draw once on your turn for two mana.
- Zephyr Boots
- Curiosity
- Sigil of Sleep
Anowon lacks evasion and with base 2/4 stats it could be difficult for him to do combat damage to a player. By adding more cards that can repeatedly give him or other creatures you control evasion or unblockable then he can do more combat damage to opponents.
Some budget land upgrades replacing some basic lands to consider:
- Secluded Courtyard: new card from NEO set, it will most likely come down in price. Another tribal land that ETB untapped and bonus is you can use mana from it to activate an ability of a tribal creature.
- Choked Estuary: another Dimir dual land that can ETB untapped if you also have in your hand an Island or Swamp land to reveal.
- Path of Ancestry: ETB tapped Dimir land, but worth it for tribal since any Rogue you cast with it you scry 1.
- Access Tunnel: another land that can make a creature unblockable.
Some cuts to consider are first some lands to add more one drop Rogues? 38 lands is high, by cutting two lands for a couple of one drops won't effect consistency of drawing lands that much while the one drops can give you more.
Some other cards to consider cutting in order: Dimir Locket, Didn't Say Please, Fractured Sanity, Fated Return, Rise from the Grave, Murder, Ogre Slumlord, Master Thief, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, Adaptive Automaton.
If you're interested in any of these suggestions then let me know which ones and I offer more advice. Good luck with your deck.
