Olivia makes sure that your gang of outlaws never needs to go back for a shitload of treasures as long as you keep swinging for the fences.

Primer WIP, as well as additional changes once more Outlaws Commander cards are uploaded.

My Moxfield version of this deck is a bit more up to date with some of the swaps I plan to make; namely adding Vihaan, Goldwaker in over Flameshadow Conjuring

Adding white to the mix for Outlaws adds some additional wrinkles of symmetrical draw politicking, more versatile removal, & more dedicated board protection. Although this flavor of Mardu shares some similarities with my nearest and dearest Isshin deck, the Treasure production from Olivia and her gang lean more into the treasure subtheme that I tapped into a bit with Isshin.

The heist plan is simple: Attack and connect with Outlaws, & utilize the ballooning treasure production to stay a step ahead with instant speed interaction and protection.

Combo options

The combo pieces included lend themselves to the deck's aggro strat, & can be played independently of each other.

Potential alternate route for extra combats

Aggravated Assault can be activated multiple times as a mana sink for the treasure produced on combat damage.

Ramp

The ramp section for this deck is fairly hefty. In reality, this section can be looked at as the typical early game ramp and Treasure production to accelerate the mid and late game, which is further fueled by Olivia.

• Professional Face-Breaker - She's not Outlaw, but she's an honorary one, especially with how she makes money for the gang.

• Seize the Spotlight

• Vihaan, Goldwaker - He doesn't produce treasure, but this sleazy looking Dwarven venture capitalist truly throws money at his problems in a manner that can be a serious problem for the rest of the table.

• Xorn - This fella ain't an outlaw, but it knows how to make a pretty penny.

• Battle Angels of Tyr - Not sure if Tyr would approve of their dubious activities in this deck, but boy howdy can they help make some treasure.

• Grim Hireling - Grim Hireling walked so Olivia, Opulent Outlaw could have Flying and Lifelink.

• Prosper, Tome-Bound - A criminal whose reputation precedes him. It's been said he can pull treasure from thin air.

• Goldspan Dragon - Sure, it's not an Outlaw, but daggummit if it can't squeeze some more mana out of treasures. Just squint and pretend it has a hat or some boots.

• Revel in Riches - Treasure production and alt win con all in one.
