Double color superfriends with mono and triple colors for spice

I'm looking for advice on cards to add and swap out

I'm looking to add 3 more planeswalkers into the deck, and fill out the rest with synergy cards, ramp, and mana fixing. I'm currently working on getting the buddylands and shock lands that im missing. So please flood me with suggestions and win cons.
