{R}Winning at Instant Speed{U}

My budget Mizzix deck, created for our budget battle, which is in turn made so the variety in cost would be smoothed out for fairer games. First dabble in Izzet since my crappy singleton 60 card (it's disgusting). All help is appreciated, and I'm just working on reliability. Playtesting suggests that it can win about turn 6-8, and its fastest is about turn 4-5. For all of the experienced wizards who have ideas, just drop a comment and I'll be sure to at least add it to the maybeboard. Please upvote, those custom headers for the cards took WAY to long.
