Spell slinging deck designed to sit and control the game to a degree while throwing big spells in the graveyard to fish them back out with kess or shotgun them all with an overloaded mizzix mastery. Mana Geyser into Exsanguinate/Torment of Hailfire as a backup plan.

Originally built on a budget. Been trading and upgrading slowly over the course of 8 or so months. Plans to fully finish a better mana base and foil out some of the less expensive parts when money permits.
