This is a medium-high power level casual deck. It's designed to repeatedly abuse enter the battlefield and death triggers and generally wins by recurring Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Kokusho, the Evening Star, although it can easily get a combat damage win by reanimating Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger or some of the larger fliers in the early game. The deck would probably be better with Torment of Hailfire and/or Exsanguinate as finishers but I don't enjoy playing those cards so I don't use them.
