Control deck. Main wincon is what you'd expect. Get infinite mana (Palinchron + Phantasmal Image and mill your whole deck with Tasigur. Then loop Beast Within, Reality Shift and/or Praetor's Grasp until everyone's deck and board is exiled.

Strategy is to try and keep a low profile until you have enough resources to just go for it.

As it is, the deck needs to be toned down. No one wants to give you back what you need when you're jamming Mana Crypts and dumb stuff like that. And you really need people to cooperate with you so you can keep everyone from winning until you're ready to do so.
