I was looking into my bulk and felt a little nostalgic, so here we are.

This decklist is a kind of homage to the Past Me, who started playing Magic in 2010 in the Scars of Mirrodin standard. I used to identify myself as a GR player (today I see myself as WR, as I grew apart from green). My first deck was worth less than US$ 10,00 and was basically GR beatdown.

After some time, I bought with a friend a "Duel Decks: Knights Vs Dragons", he kept the Knights deck and I got the Dragon one. I also acquired some random green and red cards from here and there, starter packs, friend's bulks, etc.

Eventually I build a WUBG Landfall deck and although that deck is less homaged here, you can see some of its elements in the ramp category.

I didn't have any Gruul legendary at the time, so I choose Dragonlord Atarka to command this list for the colors and because she is basically a second Bogardan Hellkite, the premium card of the Dragon Duel Deck.

This deck has some issues (very few card advantage pieces for example), but I choose to kept it this way, it is not meant to be very powerful, but to evoke nostalgia and have a home for these old cards.
