Card draw deck featuring Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The focus of the deck is to pressure my opponents, forcing them to pay mana, life, or both every time they draw a card, play a creature, even to attack. Several things in the deck force players to draw multiple cards a turn, keeping the game constantly moving at a quick pace, but my deck makes it so that there is a price for progress.
