This a pretty generic Ramos mutate.

I'm trying to optimize and power it up as much as much as possible without breaking the bank.

Looking to have a mid power build to complement my collection of decks, I'm thinking level 6-7.

Trying to decide if I want to keep mutate as the main theme or change it to a sub theme.
