If you slap the CMDR tag onto both your oathbreaker and the signature spell they will pop up like commanders do, this also makes running the deck in the playtester work better.

if the goal is a standard deck half of the cards you're considering would be illegal to use for the format (maybe not half, but a lot of the best looking ones).
Bishop of Wings and Divine Visitation are both rather strong combo'd together (in fact with a zero cost sac outlet they go infinite, but standard lacks one, unless comboing with Kykar instead of visitation in WUR colors with a 3rd card) and I suggest going to 4 of on each (or at least 4 of on the bishop, 3 can still work kinda on the other).
Now to make the deck stronger I'd suggest making large cuts on the non visitation 4 cmc+ cards, maybe keep 1 teysa, elendra, and 2 kaya's wrath and cut the rest of those expensive cards. (maybe 1 absolution as it can kind of shut down some decks I guess.
Now with all of that cut out I would suggest getting all the priests as she's a strong sac outlet, a couple Pitiless Pontiff would also help with sac outlets (with bishop visitation out every 1 mana you spend to sac any non bishop creature would make an angel token! Another great sac outlet can be from your removal Spark Harvest can be really strong, giving you value from your morbid triggers while removing a creature.
Now only 4 1 cmc creatures can be a bit light, Footlight Fiend is the first that comes to mind for me as there is just so many good early creatures that have 1 health, though landing is also quite good.
Spark Harvest is pretty good as nearly every deck runs some sort of high cmc spell that it will hit.
Blood for Bones I'll admit might not be the best card, but a single copy can be strong value.

There are some cards that are strictly better than the ones you are already running.

Aha! It seems as though we are on almost the exact same page. I love Gravecrawler. I picked up a playset a few years ago when they were 2.50 each. I don't think I saw Quest for the Gravelord mentioned but I love that card especially paired with Spark Harvest I really REALLY like Grave Pact and Ghoulcaller's Chant . But have trouble thinking of how to get them in my deck. Same thing with Aether Vial . I think Relentless Dead is a bit slow but I see its uses for more important creatures. I just feel like you're gonna mess up your own tempo with it. Aether Vile, grave pact, and ghoulcallers chant. I do want those in my deck. Hard to figure out how. Possible side board options. I also quite like Vile Rebirth nice little combat trick for a surprise blocker. Straight up another 2/2 body and can also interrupt someone's grave shenanigans. Although it's not a super powerful card and would likely be better replaced worth something else. Thanks for getting back to me though it means a lot! Best of luck

Hi there, thanks for taking an interest in my decks. About zombies: It's still hard to have a Tier 1 deck, but you can make something really competitive nonetheless. The thing is, as you know, dropping low-cost and efficient creatures is mandatory for Modern. I'll give you some zombie cards to consider, 3 CMC max:
- Carrion Feeder a reprint from Scourge, enables many combos and grows big
- Gravecrawler is a must have
- Relentless Dead also enters in 95% of the decks
- Cryptbreaker is a good 1 drop
- Dread Wanderer is a bit slow for my taste but acceptable
- Undead Augur allows for good card draw and advantage, as many creatures die in this archetype. Beware of burning yourself too much tho
- Tidehollow Sculler demands splashing white but the payoff is worth it
- Death Baron gives amazing Lord buff with deathtouch
- Diregraf Colossus enables token generation and combos really well with Gravecrawler . Not everyone likes him tho
- Lord of the Undead is sometimes prefered on mainboard over the Colossus. Personally I like the tokens better
- Cemetery Reaper is also good
- Gray Merchant of Asphodel deserves a mention because it can turn the tide late game if you have a lot of non-token creatures in play
These are my favorite zombie creatures. There are a few more around but for Modern I think the ones I mentioned are the ones that really shine. But please do search and see if you find any other you prefer
Then you need to worry about interaction. Bet on discard cards like Thoughtseize , Inquisition of Kozilek and even Duress , as they are good control and your only way of getting rid of artifacts and enchantments. Creature killers are a must as well: Fatal Push , Spark Harvest , Go for the Throat , Tragic Slip , Dismember or Defile (when you have many basic lands only). The last three kill indestructible creatures
It's a good idea to have some other spells. Reanimation like Ghoulcaller's Chant and Unearth sits well with what we're trying to do. One or two copies of Sign in Blood might be something to consider as well. Also you can try enchantments that benefit on death like Grave Pact or Open the Graves . Endless Ranks of the Dead and Whip of Erebos are amazing too. If you have planeswalkers, do not be tempted by their abilities while forgetting the mana cost and the turns you need to activate ultimates. Liliana, Dreadhorde General is nice but too expensive and slow. Try Liliana, the Last Hope or Liliana, Untouched By Death instead if you insist on planeswalking. If you're lucky enough to have Liliana of the Veil , then use it
Hope I helped somehow. If you have questions please ask! Also, if you like Rakdos I invite you to check my deck Hell Awaits. Have fun and good games

Thank you for your feedback.
If I do take out Callous Dismissal , what do you suggest for enchantment removal? Thought Collapse is an option to counter, but I need something multi-purpose that works after they hits the board. I am trying to keep it ready for the coming rotation so M19 and DOM are out or I would use Blink of an Eye .
I am looking to get a couple The Elderspell to add to sideboard for a way to mass kill planeswalkers. Same with Spark Harvest .
I disagree that Jace adds no value. Any time he hits the board opponents always sigh because they know they have to deal with him. The added draw and mill is a legit boost to this deck as well.
