The commander really makes this deck tick, several card choices have been made around the thought that you will often have several spirits on board for extra mana as a one shot burst. Your tokens are your main resource, and colored mana is often your chokepoint. It is usually worth spending a while setting up before playing the commander, so he actually sticks.

Look to build up for a single explosive turn or set of turns where you will win in the next few turns, otherwise it is pretty easy to be disrupted and you paint a target on your back by plopping down powerful enchantments and huge effects. This deck has a hard time dealing with sustained aggression from a creature based deck, it can just fold to some strong openers, so keep that in mind with your politics and counterspells.

I found this deck is much stronger as storm, but in my meta it was a bit unfun and uninteractive. I tuned it down and switched the them to focus more on the tokens rather than the mana rebate.
