This is an evolving EDH/cEDH build for Osgir, the Reconstructor. Zirda, the Dawnwaker is a companion for this deck, so all the permanents must have activated abilities (hence no cards like Smothering Tithe, Rings of Brighthearth, or Solemn Simulacrum). It still remains to be seen if having access to Zirda every game for 3 mana is worth the deckbuilding restriction.

I've played the deck a few times now and it's basically an insane artifact ramp deck that wins through abusing activated abilities. Being able to put an Illusionist's or Battlemage's Bracers on Osgir (or one of your other creatures) can be insane value (4 Sol Rings 4 Memory Jars etc.). Bracers on a Burnished Hart gets you 4 basic lands into play, then move the Bracers onto Osgir to make 4 copies of Burnished Hart...the value adds up quickly.

Zirda is useful in the deck to reduce the activation cost of Osgir, make infinite mana with the Monoliths, make most equip abilities cost 1 mana, etc. Zirda can also sometimes invalidate a blocker and allow a pumped up Osgir (or Inkmoth Nexus) to swing for lethal.

Starke of Rath ended up in the list because cards like Thousand-Year Elixir and Bracers are in the deck for Osgir but also happen to work perfectly with Starke. By putting multiple instances of Starke's ability on the stack you can have the last one to resolve target one of your artifacts (so you get Starke back). Homeward Path (and Expedition Map to find it) is also really good with Starke.

Mirror of Fate is an interesting card in the deck that I'm still trying to figure out. If you have both an Osgir and a Mirror of Fate in play...crack the Mirror to exile your library, then use Osgir to make 2 copies of Mirror, then use a copy of Mirror to put back (up to) 7 cards from exile on top of your library in any order (possibly even including the original Mirror in the 7 cards, since it is now in exile). But because there is no Thassa's Oracle in Boros I'm still working out the best win condition along these lines. Being restricted to only permanents with activated abilities means some combos (like those including Felidar Guardian, for example) can't be played in this list.

There are a obviously a few very SALTY land destruction spells in this list, namely Armageddon and Catastrophe. So this is probably not a casual-friendly list. But it is undeniable that you'll probably be ahead if you Armageddon in the mid-game with lots of mana rocks in play.
