I'm not sure why my friends hate Nekusar, The Mind Razer so much. A few of them don't even play black, so it's like they're getting a free Phyrexian Arena, I don't see the problem here. He just likes giving people cards, is that so bad?

I'm looking for some budget options to this particular list, hopefully none that will decrease the power level too much.
