Make an effort to get your commander out as soon as you can, cards like lions eye diamond and metal worker are very strong in your opening hand.

After you resolve Kozilek your opponent will most likely focus on removing him and neglect the extra resources you drew, even if he doesn't stick around you can play the rest of your cards in hand and have a high chance of replaying him again and drawing cards with good synergy (scroll rack, memory jar, mirage mirror, Eldrazi conscription)

Depending on the match ups you'll want to keep different cards for your opening hand.

VS. token decks that go wide, you'll want to keep cards like expedition map to find tabernacle or a board wipe like Ugin, the spirit dragon or all is dust

VS. voltron decks you should keep an inventors fair to find force field or ensnaring bridge (or perilous vault)

VS. heavy blue control decks you can keep Cavern of souls or rush a void winnower because most counter / bounce spells are even.

VS. Anti artifact strategies you'll want to keep your good lands that tap for more then 1 mana (scorched ruins, mishra's workshop, ancient tomb)

Win cons -

Attacking an opponent with a 12/12 twice will meet the 21 commander damage needed to remove them from the table. A Eldrazi conscription attached to Kozilek will ensure a 1 hit knock out

Infinite mana combos will help you knock 2 players out and hinder the remaining players heavily. cards like the immortal sun, void winnower, staff of domination, and thought vessel will help you control the board.

Emrakul, the promised end - Take control of lead players turn and win using their resources, use cards like Eye of Ugin or sanctum of Ugin to tutor Emrakul

If you're not interested in casting large eldrazi you can replace one of the heavy cmc creatures in this deck for walking ballista so you can sink all your mana into a machine gun strategy.

Infinite mana - Use this mana to cast your commander and draw into playable combos

Basalt monolith + Rings of brighthearth

Metalworker + staff of domination + 3 artifacts in hand

Draw entire deck combo -

Mystic forge + Sensei's divining top + artifact cost reduction permanent (Ugin, the ineffable, Cloud key, Semblance Anvil, and the Immortal sun)

High Market / trading post / homeward path - Used to prevent your creatures from being taken from you, if you end up producing a ton of mana off basalt monolith + Rings of Brighthearth a good line is to empty your hand of cards and cast your commander, after you've played your new hand out you can sacrifice Kozilek to High market / trading post to re cast him and dig deep for the cards you need to end the game.

Scorched Ruins - Combos very well with candelabra of tawnos, thespian stage, mirage mirror, and deserted temple

Null Brooch - very good for making deals in political play groups but is mostly here for resolving big eldrazi creatures or important spells like all is dust and Ugin, the spirit dragon.

Inspiring Statuary - works around Null rod/ Stony silence, after you've added mana from lands you can tap it and other artifacts you control to still cast your commander.

Mirage Mirror- Very strong card with great interactions. You can turn it into Scorched Ruins in a pinch for burst of mana, it can turn into dark depths to summon Marit Lage. When its targeted for artifact removal it can protect itself by turning it into a different permanent type. Just a solid card with great Flavor text "Most mirrors show your reflection. Others show you your potential."
