Basic Idea: Essence Flux on Isochron Scepter

first pile

mystical tutor + draw spell, put essence flux on top, flicker

second pile

and then whir + remand + x

possibly: recur Ghostly Flicker to flicker Isochron Scepter

-> Boomerang, bounce everything?
