Inexorable Tide is here in order to proliferate the heck out of the experience counters.

Thought Vessel will be added when the database is fully updated. For now, Prismatic Lens is in its place. Magus of the Wheel from C15 is probably going to go into this deck.

When the new U/R Tango Land (Hamlet Land?) gets released next year for Oath of the Gatewatch, that will replace Volcanic Island in order to make this much more budget friendly.

Bloodstained Mire could probably replace Scalding Tarn, seeing as how expensive it is.

Brain freeze, mind's desire, and other storm cards are featured here in order to take full advantage of Mizzix.

Built to be semi-budget friendly.
