This deck is a classic Green Blue Things deck that keeps pumping out things faster than blue players can Counterspell, Vendilion Clique, and Cyclonic Rift you. This deck is far more efficient and less of a target at the table than Animar, Soul of Elements, Maelstrom Wanderer or Riku of Two Reflections. You really don't need the red for infinite combos such as Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake for infinite mana or Deadeye Navigator + Acidic Slime to nuke the lands of all of your acquaintances at the table. Sage of Fables + Glen Elendra Archmage create infinite counterspells for one blue mana, as does Deadeye Navigator + Mystic Snake for 2 mana. This deck is a blast to play and is often very capable to toolbox anything and everything and can combo out the whole table in one turn, making for a very explosive yet unassuming deck. I have a lot of X spells in this deck because the whole deck acts like a Mage-Ring Network. I highly recommend it to all the Timmys out there who love playing blue but have grown out of there mono green elves deck and our ready for the real world of magic.

If you are going to make a budget version of this deck, do not cut out the expensive tutors such as Tooth and Nail, Summoner's Pact, and Chord of Calling. Part of this deck's explosiveness relies on the constant searching and tutoring for cards that fit the scenario and cutting the tutors to save money is the wrong way to go. You are much better off getting rid of the card advantage cards and bombs such as Sylvan Library and Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur.

Some serious changes I am considering making towards the deck:

Take out Artisan of Kozilek and add in Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth

Even though Artisan of Kozilek combos well with tutors and Eternal Witness and jazz, bouncing Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre with Deadeye Navigator an infinite amount of times and just annihilating the whole board seems balanced and enjoyable for the whole table.

Adding in Beast Within and Reality Shift for added removal because with black and white absent from this EDH deck there is not much in terms of concrete removal. Nobody likes bounce stuff.

Adding Memnarch and Seedborn Muse to get to the combos faster... perhaps taking out Altered Ego and Dominate. Memnarch is also a target with Conduit of Ruin, adding another layer of the never ending synergies in this hellhole of a deck. Instead of nuking everything with Acidic Slime, you can simply steal it all from them!

Take out Colossus of Akros and add in Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger
