Grixis chaos deck with Nekusar. I am not trying to do all the standard wheel effects like most nekusar builds. I want it to be a mix between a chaos style deck, but still have some of the nekusar goodies. I hardly play commander so i am not trying to dump a crap ton of money into the deck. High value stuff that is listed is things I already have. Try to keep any suggestions under $20.

Sideboard cards are what i am considering for the main board.
