Always love seeing Nekusar lists, he was my first real EDH deck! I had a thought but didn't know if you'd tried it already or not.

With all the wheels, Breathstealer's Crypt, and the potential of drawing too much and not drawing a no maximum hand size card, do you think Containment Construct is a potential add? I have no idea what you'd cut but it would allow you to get around your own discard somewhat.

smack80, you are right on Breathstealer's Crypt. That would be nicely oppressive. Zur can't fetch it, which is unfortunate, but it doesn't mean it's not worth playing.

There are a couple reasons I prefer Arrest over Imprisoned in the Moon - I've seen too many people blow up their own commander using land destruction. Now, on the topic of Darksteel Mutation, you are probably right. That's an easy swap.

No. What you need is Breathstealer's Crypt. Not only will it counter some creatures before they get drawn, but it will give you total information to know what to counter.
