Ishai/Tana Big Bird Aggro/Combo Toolbox

This deck utilizes combo wins and efficient cards but is not a cedh deck. I hate the 1-10 power scale but if I was forced to use it, I would probably place this deck somewhere around an 8 in power level. It is able to play a fair game but also invoke powerful if unanswered setup cards like Smothering Tithe which get out of hand quickly. When I play this deck I often find myself going for new lines of play and strategies to fit the game state. Being able to deviate from what is primarily a combo deck to bash face or overpower opponents with multiple Cyclonic Rift or single target removal spells and counterspells in games where one or two players get eliminated early is powerful.

Game Plans

• Play Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker , Managorger Hydra , Taurean Mauler , Forgotten Ancient , and Sunscorch Regent as a fun theme.

• Leverage a turn 3 Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker or Tana, the Bloodsower depending on hand to either apply pressure or get value out of tokens (early Skullclamp or Growing Rites of Itlimoc  ).

• Play a reactive value game utilizing spot removal and value creatures.

• Play several 2-3 card infinite combos which all function outside of the combo (for example, I play Great Oak Guardian as a Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combo piece as well as a payoff for an unchecked Tana, the Bloodsower ).

• Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Great Oak Guardian - Infinite ∞/∞ attackers
• Dockside Extortionist + Temur Sabertooth - Infinite Treasure

• Omniscience /Infinite Mana + Eternal Witness / Greenwarden of Murasa + Mystic Confluence / Sublime Epiphany / Rite of Replication - Draw deck into Jace, Wielder of Mysteries win or Reality Shift exile opponents' decks.

  I want to stress that this deck is a Combo/Value toolbox. You need to actively assess what your game plan should be at this moment in time and make key decisions with your combo pieces and tutors. Eladamri's Call is a card I expect to cast nearly EVERY game and it may be correct to get a value piece like Sun Titan or Shaman of the Great Hunt with hopes to recur it later in the game with an Eternal Witness effect or to get a Mirror Entity to close out the game with an unanswered Avenger of Zendikar or approach an Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker one-shot.
