Looks like you need some cuts. Selesnya Keyrune, Elixir of Immortality, Blessings of Nature, Explosive Vegetation, Revoke Existence, Angelic Benediciton, Vitu-Gazi (35 land should be fine along with the ramp that I'm not suggesting cutting), Scute Mob, Omnath, Khalni Hydra, Fiend Hunter, Battlegrace Angel, Serra Avenger, and Ghostly Prison seem like they're good, but not as good as the others.
I hate to suggest adding things when it needs trimming, but Rancor could do you good as well as card draw which green can do alright in things like Garruk's Packleader and Soul of the Harvest.
Also I think Wild Pair could be great too. Remember that anthem effects affect the P/T of a creature for the sake of its trigger, but disregarding that, the following groups of creatures all tutor for each other with Wild Pair:
Linvala, Odric, Sublime Archangel, Tolsimir Wolfblood, Vengevine;
Avenger of Zendikar, Regal Force, Spearbreaker Behemoth, Reya Dawnbringer, Terminus / Spell Crumpled Sigarda;
Pristine Angel, Thragtusk, Yeva, Angelic Overseer
And all but four creatures have counterparts with the same P/T.
